If you ever have any questions regarding which product to choose, don't hesitate to ask a representative to assist you! Plus, we've made it easy with our customized script pads.
2. Send Us the Patient Info
Alliance Medical is fully compliant with HIPPA and all applicable laws. Providing us with all the relevant patient information helps us to service your patient quickly and efficiently. We need:
- Patient Name
- Address & Phone Number
- Social Security Number
- Date of Birth
- Diagnosis
- Insurance Information
3. Let us Give Your Patient Outstanding Service!
Once the order is faxed or placed with Alliance Medical, our intake coordinators process the order and if necessary handle any insurance pre-certification. Our staff set an appointment for an Alliance Medical representative to perform an in-home fitting or in-office fitting, scheduled for the patient's convenience.
Our focus is on customer care. Our representatives will custom fit braces to make certain patients have the best healing experience.
